We ask that your pet stay with us for about 3 hours for their spa treatment (sometimes longer for larger breeds or on Saturdays).
Our Professional Groomers are highly experienced and have won numerous awards in the pet grooming industry. They will care for your pet as if he or she were her own.

Marni Is a Certified Master Pet Groomer. She has been at MVAH since June of 2002. Marni has been grooming since 1981, and became a Certified Master Pet Groomer, through the International Professional Pet Groomer Association in 1990. She has won numerous awards in the industry for her pet grooming skills. Marni was also an instructor at the Twin City School of Pet Grooming. Marni is currently living in Rush City with her daughter Laura. She also has 2 dogs Roy & Rebel. In her free time she likes to spend time outdoors, bike riding and spending time with Laura.
Marni is limited to grooming pets under 45 pounds.
Jill graduated from The Twin City School of Pet Grooming in 1985. Also is Certified in Non Sporting group in 1989 through the International Professional Pet Grooming Association. Jill joined Mounds View Animal Hospital in 2015 for a year then left but now is back (2019) with us. Jill resides in Stacy with her husband James. They have 1 cat named Marshmallow, 1 Bearded Dragon, and Fancy Spotted Gecko. When she isn’t grooming she enjoys playing pool, riding her motorcycle, camping and skiing.
Laura’s passion for grooming began at a young age. At just four years old, she enjoyed cutting her stuffed animal’s hair, and by age five, she was giving the family dog, Billy, haircuts. When she turned eleven years old, Laura started working as a grooming assistant for her mom, Marni. a certified master dog groomer. At thirteen, her mom began to teach her how to groom dogs professionally. By sixteen, Laura joined the team of professional groomers as MVAH. Laura loves her career as a groomer, and she plans to open her own dog grooming business in the future. Laura is a member of the Minnesota Honor Society, a straight-A student, and a cross-country runner. Laura will graduate from Rush City High School in 2002. She will continue to study business administration in college, for which she is taking college courses while in high school. Laura enjoys hiking, running, paddle boarding, horseback riding, and spending time with friends, family, and dogs.
