Dear Clients,

We are making every effort to maintain the safety of our staff, clients and patients so we may remain open. As such, we have to do things differently than we would normally.

We are doing our best to adapt to an evolving situation. We will adjust further as circumstances warrant. We appreciate everyone’s support and understanding in these new and difficult times.

If we need to make further adjustments in how we operate, we will post that on our website and on Facebook. Please stay tuned.

We will all get through this together!

Dear Clients,

As always, your health and well-being, and that of your pet, are of utmost priority to us. We continue to monitor the news of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in and around our community.

As of now, our clinic is open and operating as usual. We continue to maintain regular business hours and appointments, but as new information is continually evolving, please continue to check our website and/or social media channels for current status of business hours and availability.

We do want to protect the health and safety of our staff, though. With this in mind, we will take every precaution available to keep our staff and clients healthy by limiting human-to-human transmission.

We continue to follow the rigorous sterilization and hygiene guidelines and best practices  of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the CDC.  At the recommendation of the CDC and MDH, we will be making every effort to maintain a safe social distance.  We will try to maintain a 6 foot distance as much as possible.  To accomplish this, we will have you sit in the exam room while we take a history from the opposite doorway.  We will then take your pet to the treatment area for their examination. We will then return to discuss the findings and any treatment plans. We request that you try to maintain a minimum 3 foot distance from other clients and staff at all times.

In order to protect other clients and our team, please reschedule upcoming appointments if you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms, feel ill, or are concerned about your health with regards to COVID-19. Also if you have traveled from a country that has a Level 3 Travel Health notice with a return date within the last 14 days, we request that you reschedule at a later date. Please give us a call if this is the case, and we’d be happy to find a time in the near future to see you and your pet.

If you are feeling unwell and your pet needs urgent care or emergency medical attention, please ask a friend, neighbor, or family member to bring your pet into our facility. We ask that you call ahead to let us know the name of your pet’s guardian, and we will happily make any necessary accommodations to provide your pet with the best care possible.

Medications may be paid for over the phone by credit card or Care Credit and picked up quickly at the front desk, or we would be happy to deliver them directly to your car – just give us a call when you get here.

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your cooperation. As always, we look forward to seeing you and your pet soon.

In the meantime, please take care of yourself and your family.
